Our client seeks a candidate with strong analytical, persuasion, negotiation and organizational skills. Experience with compensation plan design, market pricing analysis, pay structure development, internal equity studies, incentive plan design, and job documentation, in addition to systems implementation, compensation software, including design and development required. HR consulting background across all industries a plus.
