Good afternoon,
This morning I was sitting in an Internal Customer Service training class today and had the following insight and reflection that relates to all of our businesses.
An internal culture of parameters, measurements and processes may inhibit our ability to build a relationship with co-workers and employees to provide greater performance for our organization's sustainability.
What do you think are your "administrative inhibitors"? How can your adjust to positively impact the business you are in? How can you coach employees to address the gaps?
Sharing information and experiences from our business lives so we may impact the human resource capabilites to enhance performance, service and quality.
