Were you a job seeker in 2009? What was your experience like? Did you have a positive or negative experience? We are looking for your answers to these questions because we are finding ways to improve the job market environment. Many job seekers we have encountered during the past year have not had the best experiences and for us (HRPC) to help employers, we are measuring the effects of your experiences. If you would complete our short 15 min. survey you will help many employers improve and enhance their hiring process as well as educate them on your expectations.
Our goal is to improve the business market place from a consumer standpoint, as well as the employment perspective. Through this research we have been conducting, these two perspectives are related and impacting our business community in today's economy.
